Our windshield got hit with a tiny rock driving down I10 towards New Orleans. We stopped here to get it repaired. Jake helped us out. He was very helpful and provided us with quick and easy service. He was well informed, friendly, and provided great service. We reccomend him!

We are from out of town and needed our windshield repaired from a rock on the interstate. They were all so kind and helpful. Got us back on the road within 20 minutes- also was $140 less that Safelite. I’m grateful we found you all and thank you for taking care of my family!

Very rude. Could not find my order and then proceeded to ask me if it was under another name. After half a dozen of her questions And her acting like she didn't know what I was talking about I tried to tell her the measurements of the glass and about the gentleman that called me saying it was ready. When he finally walked up and helped her because she was clueless she got very belligerent as if I had done something wrong. Not sure how this place is still in business treating customers this way.

Very horrible and very unprofessional and they cursed me out. They do a horrible job on windows and your windows will be worse after you first brought it in. These people are so rude and I don’t won’t anyone to experience what I just experienced. Horrible just horrible

After receiving a recommendation from local Honda dealership, I set up an appointment with Dunaway Glass to replace the windshield on my 2013 Honda Civic. I could not be happier with the work they performed. They treated my car with the respect it deserves and did a first-class job. Although this replacement windshield is not a "Honda" windshield, they worked with me to select the actual manufacturer of the existing original glass (PGW). The rubber seals that they used look just like factory! I almost forgot, they also arranged for me to get a replacement tint strip visor, from "The Tint Shop" down the street. I was pleasantly surprised that this was covered under insurance as well.
