The rudest employees I've ever met are responsible for stocking the shelves. AND a third of the shelves were EMPTY. I asked a female employee a simple question and she shot off with a smart remark. I'm done with this store.

I love this place. However, you have to know what you're shopping for and you have to be price aware. For example: today I was looking for suitcases. They had marked suitcases up to $600 for generic names like Delsey and then had them only 40% off. You can buy that brand cheaper at any TJ Maxx or even Dillard's. You have to know what you're buying. And you have to be willing to dig. If this is not your thing do not go.

I visited this location Sunday January 28th, 2024 around 3 p.m. The brown headed Caucasian lady wearing a ponytail who appears to be somewhat young has no customer service skills and doesn't need to be employed anywhere she has to deal with people face to face. While I was looking through clothes she came up and stood right up on me so she could fix a shirt on the rack that she just had to fix right that moment and couldn't wait 30 seconds for me to move down the row. Then after I had made my selections I went to the dressing rooms and was standing there waiting for an employee and she just walked by me without opening the dressing rooms. So I proceeded to call out to her and say "excuse me ma'am." She turned around looked me dead in my eye and continued walking. That's just pure laziness and to treat your customers that way who you get paid to serve is disgraceful. To top it all off, they removed the button to call for the employees and after yesterday's experience it really seems like it's because they don't want to be bothered to unlock a dressing room for you. Will not ever be coming back.
