Colleen Barber is a wonderful and very helpful lady who saved the day! I was in the middle of moving and could not find any storage units. She made several phone calls and found me enough space for the truck that was on its way, and it wasn't even with her company. Can't say enough good things about her kindness and help and understanding.

An absolutely blissful experience! I recently moved from Gulfport to Hattiesburg for college, and I needed a place to store some things during that process. I had never experienced renting a unit anywhere before, but the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I talked primarily with Ms. Colleen--she is great! But everyone else was excellent as well. Closing my account was equally painless. I am so thankful that, during a particularly turbulent time in my life, storage was one aspect that was as smooth as possible. Thank you!

Dependable storage is one of the best Soto rages on the coast. I have rented from on two separate occasions. Kim the rental manager professional and helpful. She will go out of to help you with any need you have. I love this place!!!!!

This place is top notch. State of the art for storage facilities. Never seen a single rodent or bug if any kind. Anyone with experience with storage units knows that is a huge plus! The price is decent and there is usually usually someone on site at all times. Can't beat it.

Kim and Colleen are extremely accommodating. Customer service at dependable storage is some of the best I've had in a while! Very military friendly.
