Really wish I could’ve answered honestly and gave zero stars..please don’t take your vehicle here..the manager James is a liar (he lied about talking to me on the phone— to get me to bring my car there-turns out they don’t even do the repair for my main car problem). I listed my concerns and problems..corporate needs to listen to those calls and fire him! He comes off as caring, but he can’t hold it for long, just an absolute scam and he should be ashamed of himself. He got paid twice for diagnostics that he obviously lied about completing and properly doing! I asked for an engine diagnostic before I dropped my car off and he said okay only to put on my paperwork recheck battery for a diagnostic! When I called to ask him why he did that, no decent response was given..only that I didn’t get an engine diagnostic, no duh! That’s theft of service! Crazier part is, I disclosed how and why an agency would be assisting with payment. That agency already was low on funds and helps dv victims..it’s really heartbreaking the way people are. No integrity, no compassion, just all out for a dollar. I tried several times reaching out to the DM, no response. My car drives and sounds so bad. I’m a travel healthcare worker and I’ve been getting scammed left and right by mechanics since November of last year..it sucks because this car is my only means to provide for my family and others have helped me pay out thousands of dollars only to have a car that isn’t safe to drive on the highway. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Clean store, friendly honest staff, on time for my appointment. I saw staff interrupt their current job to assist incoming motorists when they could. Quick recognition of customers existence and friendly smiles.

James got me squared away with everything I needed very fast and even made sure that my tires were put on and my car was ready in time for me to get to an important appointment. I will definitely be going back again in the future.

Never again had tires rotated and balanced and my 1400$ rims were faded once I got the car back and one of my center caps wasn’t on all the way missing 3 bolts

Complaints of machines broke down, charged more than the last time. I was told that she was going to give me a better discount. The receipt did not show that.

Wasted 2 hours of my life waiting on an oil change at this place only to come back to find out they haven’t even started. I had an appointment as well, this place is a joke of a business a bunch of incompetent goof balls run this shop. Absolute joke.
