I had a very bad experience, and my 7 years old witnessed how I was treated in this store. I dont know if the lady working there was having a bad day or maybe my ethnicity bothered her.

Their system is down and I cannot complete a pick up! Manager was rude and acted so unconcerned! I have a few unhappy customers who need their medicine

Just wanted to say you can truly tell when an employee cares about their job. Despite dealing with system issues and inventory issues which is no fault of the clerk Nydria tried and tried and tried again to fix a issue for me and the whole time did it with a pleasant attitude and a smile where normally others would have given up or told you try again tomorrow or a different store. It’s the little things that matter that will make me choose this location over others because of the dedicated service to their customers. As a supervisor for Customer Service Agents at a major company I felt it necessary to recognize Nydria and remind her that those efforts do not go unnoticed. Thanks you Nydria W.

The two Team members at CVS were absolutely amazing!! Elizabeth greeted me when I entered the store and as soon as she saw I was having difficulties she volunteered to assist! I asked for assistance several times but both Elizabeth and the other team member were already on their way to assist me it was awesome! They both went above and beyond for other customers and myself I was extremely impressed and very thankful!!

Tech threw my prescription back at me because it was backordered. I knew it was backordered I just wanted to have it on file for when it comes back. I will be transferring all my prescriptions out of there. They are constantly rude for no dang reason.

If I could give a negative 100 (--100) I would. So I moved to another pharmacy about a year ago due to the poor experience I have had with the cvs at 11022 hwy 49 gulfport ms. Well needless to say my insurance MADE me move back to cvs due to they will no longer cover my medications unless I am filling with cvs. The other pharmacy I used I could drop my meds off and only have to wait about 5 mins and I was in and out. NOT WITH CVS. So my 1st prescription fill since i moved back and i see the customer service has only gotten worse and the reps have no sense of understanding or empathy. I called today to try to give info to the pharmists to reduce the cost of one of my meds so it would speed the process up however she basically refused to take my info over the phone, no biggie. So when I got there I try give her the info to reduce my medication but all i got was attitude bcuz she didn't want to take a discount card I had. (Basically argued with me to the point I had to get rude with her in order to get her to take the info), after that little fiscao she made me pull around which by this time there are an additional 3 cars waiting that I had to go back thru. Mind u that i just spent abt 30 mins to begin with just trying to get the 1st part of the transaction complete now i have to go back thru a line that i have already waited on once just to have to go back thru it again. I just wanted to get my meds and get home and the whole EXPEDITION took over an hour for something that could have been handled with ease and in a timely manner if the rep just would've had a better attitude and took the info from the beginning. The whole ordeal was completely unnecessary. If you don't like dealing with people you shouldn't be in a profession where you have to deal with people ALL DAY LONG! I hope the changes that are supposed to happen with the insurance companies next year actually happenes. Which will give individuals the ability to use whatever pharmacy they like. I pay for my insurance and prescription coverage I should be able to use whatever pharmacy best suits my family!!!!!!

Dont use this pharmacy. Our doctors office sent a prescription to this pharmacy last Thursday. I went to pick it up. It was closed, not the first time. I went Friday to pick it up and got nothing but ATTITUDE from the person working. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Basically to say what I guess ppl are scared to say is this pharmacy ghetto. I’m not from here, just got some meds, and yea. Very ghetto do not recommend.

I don't understand why this cvs has so low of a review. But I'm gonna say the pharmacy is amazing. I've never had an issue with them, but today they really went the extra mile. I showed up after being at the ER with my son not realizing they pharmacy was closing. I asked if I dropped do they think I would be able to get it today because I needed to start my son on his medicine tonight. I told them it would be okay if they couldnt I would go to Walgreens if needed because we couldn't wait. They were so nice and did it. No attitude or looks from anyone. So polite. And after the last two days I've had it made a calm feeling flow over me. Thank you to the pharmacist who filled my babies meds when you didn't have to.

I've called to check on a prescription twice today and am in fact currently waiting for the pharmacy to answer the phone going on 35+ minutes to see if they have received my prescription. The first call I gave up at 20 minutes. The drive-thru has been closed for months. This location has always given issues with getting meds filled in a timely manner. The other location I. Gulfport isn't much better but they do at least answer phone.

I had a prescription sent to this location. I received a text at 11:18am on 12/22 that it was received and a link to the progress tracker. Initially the website said it would be ready for 6:53. I went to the store a few minutes early because i needed other items. When I arrived, there was a sign that said the pharmacy was closes. The pharmacy had been closed all day because THEY DID NOT HAVE A PHARMACIST.

Rudest pharmacy tech you’ll ever talked to. May it be over the phone ann/or in person. Such a shame because the shop associates are all nice but pharmacy techs sits on a high horse!

Don't expect to get waited on quickly because it won't happen. The last time here I stood in line for 20 minutes with no one taking care of the customers. There were 4 people behind the counter ignoring the customers. The line just kept getting longer and longer. This seems to be how they do business now because this has been happening for some time now. If my insurance would use Walgreens I would go back there.

Doctor called in a prescription before 3 pm and at 7 pm it still was not ready. They told me they were too busy and I should try back the next day. Another local CVS closed and all that business was transferred to them and no additional staffing was added. They were currently at a two day back log on filling prescriptions. It you need medication in a hurry do not go to this store.
