Anastasia is the most incompetent and rude pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. Never had a prescription refused due to a fictional corporate policy and then when called out on it (after contacting corporate) was denied due to my ethnicity. She should have her license removed and CVS should be ashamed to employ her.

It was closing time and the staff were just the best, and very helpful no rushing me out the door.

Pharmacist technician was rude belligerent and unfriendly. Instead of deescalating the situation she escalated the already confused staff and embarrassing herself by disrespecting the consumer.
