They make you wait full 30 days before you can pick up your refill. They're closed on the weekends then open 8-430 with a 1 hour lunch M-F. Which means there's a tiny 7.5 hour window to get your refill at 30 days and if you have to work or whatever, you just have to go without until you're able to get over there. Then you'll be lucky if they have it ready when you do. Open the refill window so people can make arrangements to get their meds a day or two prior to running out in case they can't get there on day 30. Y'all doing too much.

Would of clicked no stars if it was an option. Rude staff that never answer the phone. For a few weeks the phone was even off! Moved all my prescriptions else where.

The staff here are super helpful. They are understanding if I'm unable to pick up my prescription for a while then they hold it for me. They are fast also. I can leave my appointment and go straight there. I literally have never been told to wait for more than like 5 minutes. They treat you with respect and kindness no matter who you are. Rich or poor healthy or sick. Also closing the waiting area was a great idea during these covid times. They work in many ways to get us and keep us healthy as a community.

I mean how smart is it to close 15 mins early with a super small sign when people work just like you and have to wait a day or two to get medicine. This is ridiculous

Mean, nasty, rude and Unprofessional! Drove out here to see if they had a prescription and they lied and said no. I called doc and they indeed sent it there. Tried to call pharmacy back several times and they NEVER answer the phone. What kind of pharmacy is this where a PHARMACIST refuses to answer the phone. The state needs to look into this.
