Super nice people, clean and well-managed facility. I joined a gym nearer to my house, but I think this is a great place. By the way, I asked about the so-called "hidden fees". Fees were patiently explained to me in detail. Just ask them!

The fees are unbelievable. They make you stay an extra month after you cancel your membership, and make you pay for it. Don’t waste you money on this place. The only good thing is one of the workers (mason) don’t lose him

This gym is fantastic. It is a very clean and well-managed facility. The workout equipment and machines are well taken care of. They have any and every workout machine that anyone would need to maintain a well-trained physique.

High fees for membership. You can only downgrade after paying 105 in fees even though it's "no contract". Be willing to charge back any fees with your bank if you sign up.

no stars ...I personally love the equipment ....now the people that go there are most are uppity bougie wanna be fitness jokes or a young they just go their because I guess since so many you tubers and tic tokers make the gym look like social hour ..they come in groups hang out in workout area and wasting space when 1/4 of the lifters are trying to pump ...but what is the worst is the billing ...I literally tried to pay the day before and screen shot it it says 0.00 and today they say I owe this and that and charge me 40 dollars extra ..I see their review it looks like they business is to rip off their costumers ..and the people behind the desk ..they blame it on corporate.

Was a member for over a year, wanted the cheaper membership because I no longer need the 24/7 access. You have to cancel your current membership then pay an astronomical fee to sign up for the new membership. Absolute garbage. I would rather go pay $30 a month to a locally owned gym just for this reason alone. I won't be back. Locker room usually smells like onions. Never any paper towels. Gyn is typically full of young D bags aspiring to be body builders because it's in style and they take up all the machines to socialize. Go to a real gym if you're serious about lifting.

Went for a free workout to see if I would like it!! Everyone was great!!! Khloe was an absolute sweetheart, and the other staff were very helpful! The facility in Gulfport was clean, and plenty of machines to workout on!! I will definitely be buying a membership

Went in for a tour and left with a great experience! Their staff member Brooke gave us a wonderful tour and she was very upbeat, personable and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back to join!

Nothing like being charged a whole host of fees before you can actually cancel your membership! They make you stay another 30 days and CHARGE you for it before you cancel! They also add on a couple of extra fees for god knows why, I think I ended up paying over 100 dollars just to cancel this garbage gym’s membership! :) Truly amazing customer service! I would go more into detail, but this place just doesn’t deserve the time and energy. Do yourself a favor, take your money and fitness journey to a place that actually values their customers. ?

I started workouts just before Covid hit. The staff was very helpful at keeping us informed. Upon reopening, I worked with a personal trainer and still do to this day. The staff is fun, professional, and always looking to procure and maintain the best equipment available. Safety is always an emphasis!

If no stars was an option I’d pick it, but I don’t think it is. Went in to tan, waited 6 minutes for an overweight 30 year old female who immediately started barking directives about using “their tanning process” which I am unfamiliar with because I’m visiting. She then told me to wait because I’ve never used it and was obviously frustrated even though the gym was empty. There was another person before me waiting, and she treated him as an annoyance as well. Unacceptable.
