“The staff at the store was very helpful while we shopped. We forgot to ask about military discount when we paid, so we went back a couple of hours later to inquire. He gladly gave us the discount eventhough he had to go through all the additional work to get there. Sorry we forgot to ask his name, but really appreciated the excellent service his provided.”

“Old Navy has great deals. Only thing was the cashier didn't pay attention to price tags as she was ringing them up and almost got away with charging me $20 for a clearance shirt that was $7.99! That's why you have to pay attention when cashier's are ringing you up bc they don't. Otherwise lots of cute clothes etc for good deals.”

“I really like the new location of this store, the old one was very small and there was way too many items crammed in there. They seem to carry a much larger variety of items now which is a plus. The two girls that were working today were very friendly, they greeted us and asked us if we needed help finding anything (which we did,) and told us where we could find it. We checked out with one item and they held a second item for us while we ran to another store. Upon coming back they had the item waiting and had already pulled up my rewards so I didn't have to re say it (brownie points!) Overall the store was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly what more could you ask for.”
“Needless to say my daughter did not want to leave and also wanted to try everything on....this experience for her was a close 2nd or maybe even a tie with her in a candy store. Loved that hat she had on. This location was very very clean, floors were very well kept and the floor was spacious with the sale items. The customer service representatives were super helpful, friendly and even offered current discounts that was unknown to me at the time that made me even happier. Certainly love this experience and will be basing my experiences at other locations based on this one so they have definitely set the standard!!!”
