But this is my go to clothing store & every single time I have a return or forget a coupon they’re always so patient and apologetic to me when I’m the customer that’s making the process longer at checkout. Great staff! Old navy is great at picking their employees. Hands down great staff & store!”

“Needless to say my daughter did not want to leave and also wanted to try everything on....this experience for her was a close 2nd or maybe even a tie with her in a candy store. Loved that hat she had on. This location was very very clean, floors were very well kept and the floor was spacious with the sale items. The customer service representatives were super helpful, friendly and even offered current discounts that was unknown to me at the time that made me even happier. Certainly love this experience and will be basing my experiences at other locations based on this one so they have definitely set the standard!!!”

The staff recognizes me every time which says a lot. They make you feel welcomed and your shopping more enjoyable and makes me want to continue to shop here. And they always have great sales. “This is my most favorite Nautica store ever. The male employee (K) is my favorite employee ever and the reason I have a Nautica line item in my budget. We Or in Gulfport several times a year and this Nautica store is always my first visit. And this gentleman is always the reason why I will come back. The store is beautiful. It’s always well put together. It always looks absolutely impeccable but the customer service I am provided is second to none and if this gentleman isn’t in the store when I come in. I look around and I come back to make sure that when I buy I buy from him just in case they get commission.”
