Spend the extra bucks and save yourself the headache. Don’t do business with these people. On Monday 7/8/2024 I brought my car to this place to get my 2 front tires replaced. During this time they seemed to be rushing and changed my tires I. The parking lot in front of the shop. After I left my tire pressure light came on and began to blink which is something that has never happened before. I made a few calls to see what it could be and it was my tire sensor. I brought it up there the next day and explained it to them. 4 of their workers pulled a piece of tire out and proceeded to tell em that it was the problem and not my sensor and that they would charge me 5 dollars to fix. They came to me saying my car was done. I left and again the light came on. I checked out my tire and come to find out they never fixed it and so I went back again on the morning of I immediately asked the manager which was present during the entire situation stuttered before responding with the intentions of lying until I told him that they didn’t and he responded that he was not going to fix my tire.

My wife went here this morning to get a tire and the guy that removed old tire hit the brake line, damaging it causing the brake fluid to leak out. He did not tell my wife what had happened, instead he allowed her to leave. Thank God my wife was not harmed nor was anyone else. My wife took the car back and the guy denied what he’d done and charged her $80.00 to replace the brake line, after she purchased her own part. This experience has shaken her to the core. I was at work and could not take the car myself.

Please be cautious going here. This morning I took my car here to get a new tire. The guy that fixed my tire was banging and my tire, near the brake. Soon after, he began panicking and I asked him what was wrong, he told me, “oh nothing tire just bad.” Well DUH that’s why I’m here. I didn’t think much of it, so I got the tire replaced and went on with my day. I drove to work about 6 mins away, parked and around lunch I left. As I am driving my brakes became extremely soft, I almost could not stop my vehicle and the low brake fluid light comes on. I quickly turned the car off to avoid having a car accident. A mechanic looked at my car and the same side that the tire was replaced my brake line had been broken. The fact that he allowed me to drive away without alerting me that I could’ve killed my self or someone else is alarming and disturbing. I then called the shop and the guy pretty much told me he couldn’t help. I’ve gotten tires from this place before and it was always done safely. This shop put my life on the line and I am thankful that things did not get worse. They are not trying to fix the issue at all, in fact I called back and they refused to answer my calls.
Edit: I arrived back at the tire shop, tire was removed and sho nuff the brake line on my left driver side had been damaged. The same guy charged me 80.00 to repair. I purchased my own brake line. SMH

They were really deceiving said one thing did another. Over charged and was rude. Please stay away too many good businesses to deal with these people.
