They started their work is scheduled due to a delay in parts which was no cause of Their Own the car was ready couple of days late. We went and picked it up the staff is friendly and paid what we were told we were going to pay for our deductible and assure that if there were any problems we could bring it back highly highly recommend this place”
“Unique collision Center is just what its name say. They are a very unique repair shop. I have the upmost respect for this company. From the front desk to to body shop they are very professional. Everyone I talk to or hear them talking about where to take their car too I tell them Unique. They are the best. “I really shouldn’t put 5 stars for this safelife window that was replaced. I’m just going to say that I ordered windshield wipes along with my glass but I think the guy put them on back wards. I don’t know but he also spray something in the windshield that was smeared . Shouldn’t sprayed anything . I have pictures I wish I could post .”

“Dealing with someone else's insurance company is quite nerve racking, but all of the items are finally approved to have my auto repaired. I dropped off my car at the 25th Avenue, Gulfport. There I met a gentleman by the name of Daniel.Wow, just WOW! He kept me up to date on all items, receiving texts, calls, to update me of part delivery, estimated total delivery date. The rental car was not at the location, nor could they retrieve me, so this group took me to the rental car location.They even came in under the estimated time of the automobile time in the shop.This group really has it going on. Everyone - the ladies in the front office, very cordial, smiling, to the gentlemen bringing the car around for me to leave. Very professional and courteous during this whole experience! I would have given 10 stars, but 5 was the only amount that I could go to.Highly recommend this location, AND you have a lifetime warranty for the repairs, if something goes wrong.”
