Well, if ya feel like wasting time and making absolutely ZERO progress, call these folks. None of the numbers I call seem to work, none of the staff are knowledgeable or helpful, I'm not even 100% sure this place is actually up and running. Thanks for nothing.

I have been trying for 45 minutes to reach someone at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of MS----all I get is the same message over and over. I need to speak to a person. This is very upsetting and very poor service.

another 1 star review for BCBS of MS provider resources. I have been on hold for a very long time now. The reps, Nell and, Tiara? I think. will send me back and forth, but not before I'm placed on hold for an ungodly amount of time. This is THE most FRUSTRATING provider services line I have ever interacted with. They don't even seem happy to be on the phone. Much less at their work. I call many provider services on the phone every day. This one is by far the worst I have ever interacted with.

as someone in the medical field, i am very dissatisfied with the automated system for provider services. the hold time is always well over 45 minutes, the representative is always in a bad mood. I write this review as I am on hold, 39 minutes now. I dread speaking with the rep. They are always very rude and act as if they're doing me a favor. I wouldn't have to call in and get benefits if the information I needed was available online. Out of all the different provider services I call, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi is the worst of the worst.

Literally way too many numbers to call to try and fix my problem. All I need is a replacement card but the machine keeps asking me for my member ID! When I speak to a representative they either can't find my membership and give me some other phone number to call that doesn't even help at all.

they don’t cover much of anything including life saving treatments and medications like emergency inhalers or cpap testing

Impossible to speak to anyone in customer service. MyAccessBlue log-in does not work, resetting of password does not work. Very frustrating and this is supposed to be the best insurance available!

ATTENTION: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi only pays for 30 Days per year of Inpatient Rehab Stays, 20 Days per year of Home Health Visits, and 9 Days per year of Outpatient Rehab Visits. After that, they won't care if you're dead, laying in a coma, or even if the patient's doctor writes a referral. BCBS of MS will STILL refuse to pay another dime. They'll even go as low as paying for only one of your prescription meds whereas you will have to pay the rest out of your own pockets. If you are looking to Apply for health insurance that actually gives a dead-gum about their customers, instead of being a company of money grubbers, I would DEFINITELY RECONSIDER Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi.
