Absolutely terrible service here. They didn't have a check out lane open, nor were there clear instructions on where to check out. Found a small sign that directed us to the geek squad counter that had a line 9 deep while one employee stood at the front of the store, seeming to pretend to be on the phone as he did not once speak, while ignoring everything around him. Even when I approached him to ask where to check out. It was extremely frustrating and not at all what I expected. In the end we found a nice woman at a small phone service counter in the middle of the store who helped us check out. They did have the product we needed in stock and at the advertised price so other than their front end staff being the worst I've ever encountered, I was able to accomplish the goal but not even close to the time line I expected

Store pick ups is a joke. Best Buy customer service will claim your Banking Institution is at fault for canceling orders, but when called there was no issue with payment to begin with nor alleged “Hold” placed on transaction. Safe to assume all monetary deals online for “Store Pick Up” are not what they seem..

Nice place to get new and old techCustomer service tends to lack and discrimination is a thing, you see the person in front of you laughing and giggling and when you're up you get a whole different experience and you are as polite as you can be. Even with the robot responses and the yes no no responses you still leave with ok thank you. But not sure what is happening now that customer service is trash everywhere you go.
