Last year I purchased a DashCam for my car after receiving a ticket.
Had am accident and was given a ticket and a incorrect diagram by the officer.
Having the DashCam was the best thing I ever did for my car.I will be upgrading to an even better DashCam.

They had what I needed, but despite having what appeared to be plenty of staff, I had to wait in the customer service line instead of normal checkout. I know that's not world breaking, but it makes paying customers wait while they deal with someone else's issue and someone with a problem wait for the store to make more money. That's why they were separate areas to begin with.
Update: Added a star for owner engagement. Also ,to be fair, 3 was a bit low to begin with. Store was well stocked, staff were friendly. If I could give a 4.5 I would.

A shell of once Best Buy was from yester-year. Minimal products on the floor & shelves. Good luck finding ink cartridges if you happen to need one for a printer you bought from them recently. Staff is hit & miss between helpful & not knowing anything. It is unfortunate because there are minimal staff that work here that know much about the product.

All 3 associates who assisted me yesterday between customer service and geek squad, were absolutely amazing. I am so thankful for their patience, kindness, and knowledge, in helping me get the item I was looking for by ordering it in-store for me. It arrived this morning and looks great! I couldn't have had a better experiece. Would definitely shop here again. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of having the Geek Squad team come to my home to fix my Sonos surround sound system, and I am incredibly impressed with their service. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident.

Customer service pretty good, they just need more sales associates walking around. I walked around the store couldn’t really find anyone but the cashiers. I had the counter lady/cashier call for an associate so that I can buy a laptop. When the associated escorted me to the laptops, they were very knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming.

Had to wait like 30 mins and then there was 2 of us instead of the worker asking who was first she just took who she came upon first. Not very happy had a lady with a walker.

Well I like Best Buy well enough their prices aren't too bad I always seem to have trouble finding someone to help me though there seems to be enough employees in the store but other than that they're about average.

Came into purchase a 30 watt Apple usb c charger and MagSafe adapter for my phone. Rude manager woman told me it would “fry my battery” because it’s too many watts and I need to buy the lower watt adapter. Unfortunately she was wrong because the adapter has multiple output options that will automatically adjust to the charging rate of the phone.
