Had a small mix up on an order that we get every Friday night as a family tradition, was not able to work out any sort of a deal with the manager but a man named Allen Lovelace came to the rescue and helped us with out with our situation. Thanks to him and his fantastic management decisions we will CONTINUE to go back to the Domino's location and purchase many more of their wonder products again and agin!!Josh

Vary rarely do the workers that are hired do their job to even exceptional standards, nearly everytime My Husband or Myself have to call back the the Dominos on 25th Ave closer to the beach of course, They always for some reason at night just cannot get it together during the day the GM has to do most of the work from what my husband has seen and said it is pretty sad honestly, Than at night it's a disaster only three people can be recognized for amazing service Beth, Jake and Scott these three are great an amazing delivery people. Not only do I recognize them for the reason in why I have four stars but they are pretty much the only reason I gave 4 stars Beth is always awesome she is very polite and honest with every word and that goes along way with people today since we all know people like to lie Jake is quick to double check the order before it leaves because My Husband usually gets something different or I tend to always get extra sauce on my pizza and then Scott he is nice and polite he doesn't get flustered or mad at anything these three people including the GM is why I give your company 4 stars besides that idk

ORDERED ONLINE FROM COWAN ROAD LOCATION GULFPORT. 19.99 DEAL INCLUDES 2 MED PIZZAS-CHEESE BITES-CINIMMUM TWIST AND 2 LITER COKE. ALL THEY DELIVERED IS THE PIZZAS REFUSED TO BRING REST OF ORDER. MANAGER HORRIBLE AND DOES CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. COULD HAVE BEEN A SIMPLE FIX BUT SHE DOES NOT CARE. WILL GOING HIGH UP LADDER TO CORPORATE IF NEEDED

Worst Restaurant experience in my life. Order took 2 1/2 hours to make a pizza for take out. I sat in the car for an hour waiting. I asked for a refund, got no response. I finally got the pizza, it had been done snd I wasn’t notified It was cold. I’ll never go back. Highway 49 Gulfport. Next door to the corporate HQ

I think you should put crushed red peppers back in your Domino’s store in downtown South Bend. Why are you pulled them all out of the store I don’t know because a pizza isn’t the same without crushed red peppers on it. Just call me one very disappointed customer. Trying to save a little money by not supplying crushed red peppers anymore is a little cheap if you ask me.
