DO NOT use this bank. They do not protect their customers against stolen card numbers ans let all transactions go through and dismiss disputes. We have a charge on our account that we did not make and all they did was accuse us and tell us to go to the very unsafe area that we NEVER go to and demand our money back and get shot or killed. This bank sucks and we will be moving our money and close this account. The customer service is horrible.

Came to do a wire transfer. And the girl that does wires is gone picking a car up. So they shut the wire desk down because of a personal problem. I’ll be moving all my accounts to The first bank slowly but surely. This is ridiculous

Very rude and useless on customer service line and in person in the branch. I had to wait for an hr on customer service lady night.This afternoon, I went in person, employee is rude, unprofessional and manager on the phone without any respect to customers.Never seen, never heard. Why they are this way?!!

I originally loved Bank of Mississippi, I tolerated Bancorp South. I'm not excited about the new name change to Cadence Bank and considering a different bank.

To start, I totally get the inside of bank being closed, b/c of covid -19. But its totally ridiculous that you can be next in line and you still have to wait over 20 minutes. Everytime I go to the Orange Grove branch, it's always a super long wait. Just to make a deposit, you need an average of 30 minutes. With only 2 drive-thrus, maybe if they would have all commercial transactions use only one of them, it might allow for more timely service for the rest of the folks. I just might start using a different branch.

I was told along time ago that I WOULD NOT ever have to use my social security number over the phone. Now not only do I have to use it, my birthdate & my pin number to get to my acct. I have to use my s.s. & my pin number from here on out!!!! I am not a happy camper & I've been with Bankcorp South for 40 something years & 36 years at the one on HWY 49 in Gulfport. I only check in with the bank 1-3 a month so not often but when I got duped over the phone having to give my S.S. I was told at that time I would never be asked that. Now here you go asking. So is someone hacking your phone line or is it really Bankcorp South going back on their word to NEVER ask for S.S. #
