I've been a customer with Babcock for almost a year. Got financed to purchase furniture for my new home. Today, I received a letter in the mail saying they are starting this great new financing "OPTION". But wait, it's not really an option unless the options are keep your account or no longer be a customer because my account will be "terminated" on or before May 15, 2024. I got a "hard pull" for this a year ago. So, you mean to tell me, instead of you all transferring customer accounts you're doing another hard pull to add to the one that's already there?!!! This makes NO SENSE! Definitely an unhappy customer right now. It just doesn't seem fair!

I’m a longtime customer at Badcock Gulfport and always had the best experience with the delivery service and items I have purchased. Today I bought a dryer and had a very wonderful experience meeting Mika. She’s the best and has excellent customer service! Badcock needs more Mika’s❣️

Been dealing with this company since 2007 whenever I was in Mobile AL and now I live close to Biloxi the Gulfport location is nice and clean and very helpful staff who are willing to help you out in any way they can

Thoroughly disappointed at the customer service by both this store and corporate. A few months ago I was purchasing furniture from what I know now was an ill equipped, untrained employee who lacked the knowledge to sell their products. She either knowingly lied or didn’t know any better and said I was approved for zero interest financing, I took delivery of my furniture and two payments in I start seeing the interest charge. Upon discovery I went to the store and they told me “oh yeah, her, we had to let her go because she’s made this mistake before.” The store manager confirmed that this former employee was not capable of her job but said she couldn’t do anything and told me to call billing. I called and billing dept phone operator was RUDE and basically said it was my fault because I signed the paper. I was forwarded to customer service to lodge a complaint and she said the distract area manager would look into it and call the store and call me back. All lip service. It’s been months and I’ve heard nothing. I made it very clear that I would not purchase if I had to pay interest. It’s pretty sad how consumers get treat these days, we trust people with our hard earned money, while cost of living is skyrocketing and wages stay stagnant. I will never shop here again and will deter anyone I know from doing the same. I look forward to your “reaching out” Badcock Furniture.

We bought a reclining couch and reclining loveseat with a console. Worst purchase ever! Everything is a headache. Constant repairs that take forever to get parts. Running up and down the coast to pick up the parts when they do come in and then get the wrong parts! Such a big, expensive disappointment. The sales people will tell you anything to make a sell and customer service on the store level and corporate level could care less about your issues.
