The manager Lacy is a racist and racially profiled my brother yesterday. My family has contacted the regional manger and our lawyer to discuss. She attempted to block him for leaving the store after wrongfully accusing him of stealing AFTER my dad and I paid for our parts. If you are African American please patronize other auto stores that are literally on the same street! Lacy should be fired!

I am always weary of going to places to buy anything vehicle related. Today Michael Thousand chased my view and uncertainty. He is simply a very caring man that goes out of his way, to reassure customers. I will continuously go to Autozone versus Napa and Advanced. Well I don’t think Andre wanted to help because I looked on line and it said that for an engine light on that they would plug their machine in and see what the trouble code was. Well Andre said that their tool doesn’t diagnose. He said it doesn’t show a true diagnosis. He looked up two parts that cost more than a hundred dollars and I should take it off and clean it. I am a 67 year old man that is sieving the effects of chemo from cancer twice. My Friend and I had gone there yesterday and had Edward help us as we spent 200 dollars there yesterday but he was not there. I hope this store doesn’t want to loose their five star rating but this is surly the way to do it. I might try the store again if Edward is there.

Micheal is just rude we asked questions we had he answered rudely and with an attitude when we where trying to be nice then we say in Spanish he’s sour as an his attitude and reply’s with I speak Spanish by the way trying to be confrontational like him and his dirty shirt is going to scare anyone he needs to check his attitude before it’s checked for him we were being nice at first

Never fails when going to an auto store that the person working doesn't much about cars other than what they cant look up on the computer. This particular autozone is that way and always takes forever. Doubt any of the ones I've had contact with ever opened a hood outside the parking lot. Go to o'rileys, or napa. Just my sc

My experience here was terrible, an employee screwed me out of my batteries warranty and the manger and the general mannager refused to fix the problem and are very rude. If I could I would give no stars. Do better.
