The manager Lacy is a racist. She falsely accused my little brother of stealing after he was given permission by a sales associate to use the restroom. She offered no apology for her actions. She also put her hand up to block him from leaving the bathroom. I’ve contacted corporate office and an attorney. If you believe someone is stealing you contact the police not try to keep a paying customer in the store. We also have proof of racial profiling because I recorded a conversation and she clearly states he had been in there stealing before which is also false!

Gary Hankins replaced my faulty battery that I just purchased in September 2023 because it’s under factory warranty. Spend 300$ on this battery and just to get it replaced within 7 months. Before this battery replacement I bought one from Orileys in the same year and it went out. These battery companies needs to Add Quality Control into their manufacturing process. I shouldn’t have to replace my car battery once or twice a year. Gary needs a promotion for an outstanding service.

My daughter was having issue at another store where the manager was being very rude to her, when she called the 25th Ave store the manager was extremely nice and helped my daughter, even though she didn';t have what my daughter needed at her store she went above and beyond calling another store to help my daughter, I didn't mind driving the little extra miles, I am very grateful for both manager 25th Aver and E Pass Rd.
