“Dealing with someone else's insurance company is quite nerve racking, but all of the items are finally approved to have my auto repaired. I dropped off my car at the 25th Avenue, Gulfport. There I met a gentleman by the name of Daniel.Wow, just WOW! He kept me up to date on all items, receiving texts, calls, to update me of part delivery, estimated total delivery date. The rental car was not at the location, nor could they retrieve me, so this group took me to the rental car location.They even came in under the estimated time of the automobile time in the shop.This group really has it going on. Everyone - the ladies in the front office, very cordial, smiling, to the gentlemen bringing the car around for me to leave. Very professional and courteous during this whole experience! I would have given 10 stars, but 5 was the only amount that I could go to.Highly recommend this location, AND you have a lifetime warranty for the repairs, if something goes wrong.”
“We can’t say enough good things about Airstream of Mississippi—Foley RV Center and their Service Manager, John Lourenssen. This is our first ever RV and Airstream which had the dreaded Front End Separation (FES) issue so after much research we decided to entrust Foley RV to do the repair. In Dec ’23 we trailered our Airstream from Wisconsin to Foley RV in Gulfport, Mississippi and last week repeated the trip to pick the Airstream up. Two trips there and back totaled 4000 miles—priceless and worth it to put this issue behind us. We were not alone, and not so surprised that Foley RV has Airstreams in for repair from all over the country.Airstream of Mississippi—Foley RV Center is a physical place but the people there is what makes it special starting with John Lourenssen, Service Manager. He is Customer Service 101. He is very personal and professional. From the start, John was great to work with—he handled all the warranty communications with Airstream, the repair and more — during our time there he listened to my Airstream small talk on non_FES concerns/ questions and immediately shared his broad knowledge of working with Airstreams, answering my questions and concerns. HIs listening and helping may not seem like much but if you have an RV you always have something to learn.Airstream Warranty work can be done at Jackson Center or if pre-approved by Jackson Center, the work can be done at dealers. I just want to reiterate John Lourenssen communication with Jackson Center to get our work approved. This was paramount to our FES as it is a very costly repair. We learned that John has a great relation ship with Airstream Jackson Center and that added another level of comfort to selecting Foley RV for this work.We also met John’s crew that worked on our Airstream, all wonderful people that we enjoyed talking to and getting to know. We are very happy with their work and look forward to working with them in the future”

“Unique collision Center is just what its name say. They are a very unique repair shop. I have the upmost respect for this company. From the front desk to to body shop they are very professional. “We had a small incident where my stepson's car we brought it there covered by the insurance they took it in prior to being able to work on it so we could be accommodated with a rental. They started their work is scheduled due to a delay in parts which was no cause of Their Own the car was ready couple of days late. We went and picked it up the staff is friendly and paid what we were told we were going to pay for our deductible and assure that if there were any problems we could bring it back highly highly recommend this place”
“Maximum Auto Parts is the premier auto parts store on the coast. The owner Tommy and his staff exemplify the true meaning of customer service. No other parts store on the coast even comes close to these guys! Weither your looking for: auto parts, welding supplies, tractor truck parts, detailing supplies or custom hydraulic hoses these guys have it. What they dont have in stock the can get for you. I was restoring an old outboard motor with bad battery cable harness that was no longer available and after being turned away from a local auto electrical supply company Tommy allowed me to use his crimper to splice a new cable and restore the wiring harness.”

“Transmission in my 2019 Silverado went out after 112,000 miles. Coincidentally right after the GM required Transmission flush and filter change. Dealer wanted $8000 to replace it. Buchanan's replaced it for $4800. Did a great job and was easy to deal with. Hope I don't need another Transmission in another vehicle but if I do I'll definitely be back. Great people and great job.”
“Called ahead about an AC Delco alternator. They had one in stock! Drove up there to get it after we got the old one out. He took it out of the box and said someone had to of dropped this thing - it was most definitely broken and there were metal pieces broken off. He wasn't sure how soon he could get me a replacement with Thanksgiving coming up, so he checked for other options and said they had a brand new one at their warehouse and he'd sell it to me for $400 (usually $500+). He drove over to the warehouse and picked it up himself. Awesome customer service!”

When they fix something it stays fixed. If they are unable to do a repair they will recommend a honest trustworthy shop. I truly cannot recommend them enough.
