I dropped off my car at the 25th Avenue, Gulfport. There I met a gentleman by the name of Daniel.Wow, just WOW! He kept me up to date on all items, receiving texts, calls, to update me of part delivery, estimated total delivery date. The rental car was not at the location, nor could they retrieve me, so this group took me to the rental car location.They even came in under the estimated time of the automobile time in the shop.This group really has it going on. Everyone - the ladies in the front office, very cordial, smiling, to the gentlemen bringing the car around for me to leave. Very professional and courteous during this whole experience! I would have given 10 stars, but 5 was the only amount that I could go to.Highly recommend this location, AND you have a lifetime warranty for the repairs, if something goes wrong.”

“Maximum Auto Parts is the premier auto parts store on the coast. The owner Tommy and his staff exemplify the true meaning of customer service. No other parts store on the coast even comes close to these guys! Weither your looking for: auto parts, welding supplies, tractor truck parts, detailing supplies or custom hydraulic hoses these guys have it. What they dont have in stock the can get for you. I was restoring an old outboard motor with bad battery cable harness that was no longer available and after being turned away from a local auto electrical supply company Tommy allowed me to use his crimper to splice a new cable and restore the wiring harness.”

“Transmission in my 2019 Silverado went out after 112,000 miles. Coincidentally right after the GM required Transmission flush and filter change. Dealer wanted $8000 to replace it. Buchanan's replaced it for $4800. Did a great job and was easy to deal with. Hope I don't need another Transmission in another vehicle but if I do I'll definitely be back. Great people and great job.”

He took it out of the box and said someone had to of dropped this thing - it was most definitely broken and there were metal pieces broken off. He wasn't sure how soon he could get me a replacement with Thanksgiving coming up, so he checked for other options and said they had a brand new one at their warehouse and he'd sell it to me for $400 (usually $500+). He drove over to the warehouse and picked it up himself. Awesome customer service!”
