I had to bring my car in for a recall (software update) and made the appointment over the phone with an 800 number that apparently schedules for numerous dealerships (I assume it was a hyundai sponsored call center but not certain of that). I had to schedule my appointment for a month in advance as it was the earliest they could schedule and me not have to leave my car with them all day.I was told I should be in and out in under an hour.I got there at 10 minutes before 11 (my scheduled time) and my vehicle was finally brought back a little after noon. It took them about 30 minutes to do the upgrade.Geneva (the service writer that assisted me) was great. She apologized for the wait and explained that the 800 number doesn't really know what's going on in the shop so it's best to call them directly. She made what would have been an irritating situation a lot better by communicating expectations and just being a really nice person.

Thank you to Josh Crawford!!!We had an amazing experience!! He made everything fun and easy. He answered all my questions, which was a lot of questions!!He spent two hours telling me about all the features of my new Tuscon 2024 and making sure I'm comfortable with everything.Overall, my husband and I had a great experience at Matt Bowers Hyundai with Josh!!Thank you to Kameron, Daniel, and Bodhi.

I called in to speak to a representative from parts and he helped answer all my questions I also placed a order and it was taking as stated a little while to process the ship but I ended up no longer needing the parts I ordered so I left a message and received a call back after the weekend and they canceled my order which I appreciate. Even though I didn’t fully do business with them in purchasing something and receiving the item it was a pleasure getting the help I needed and also getting my refund handled as fast as I did. Thank you again! If ever I need anything I’d definitely look to see if they have what I need and would recommend them again just order as early as possible knowing it will take time I was told some products they were waiting to get but I was thankful for the heads up.If you need help call in they are very happy to help you and answer any question you have.

Everything was great, except the amount of time it takes to get an oil change and tire rotation. My first experience a couple of months ago for and oil change took 2.5 hours, but I wasn't charged for the service due to the time it took and that was appreciated. Today the oil change and tire rotation took 2.25 hours.I had a scheduled appointment for both services. Why does it take so long?

What good is the warranty if I can never get an appointment to have my vehicle serviced and then if I take it somewhere else my warranty is no good they told me to drive a little further out! What the hell? And you're gonna take two days off work so you can drive 800 miles to have your car serviced, this whole operation looks like organized crime to me This is nothing more than a legal chop shop don't finance terrorism.check engine light on after day 4??!!

We were nervous about buying a vehicle out of state. Caitlin was very friendly and responsive. She went above & beyond to answer all our questions as well as sending numerous pictures of the vehicle until we were completely satisfied. We completed most of the paperwork prior to arrival and were in and out in less than an hour. No surprises or hidden fees. Thank you, Caitlin Gore & Sean Varone, for a great overall experience. I found a used Camry online that I really loved at this dealership. Called and spoke to the manager who directed me to Tyler. Tyler answered every question I had regarding the Camry without missing a beat. Next day, I test drove and bought it same day. Tyler made the process very quick and easy. Only problem was one of the front tires had a small hole straight through the rubber, but Tyler took care of that by having them replace the tire for me free of charge. Said they was going to have to order it but they found one before I left and replaced it. All and all very easy process and would recommend to anyone. Didn’t feel pressured or pushed, but that’s also because I knew I was going to buy it as long as the test drive went well.

It’s the worst experience that I have ever had with a dealership. So sweet and nice until the sale is done and then when you get it and wonder how did it pass the safety inspection. It’s was a lemon and all I got from them was that I bought it AS IS!!I have never seen con artists do their number on someone so well. I really don’t know how they sleep at night doing this to people.

I had a great buying experience with Matt Bowers Hyundai in Gulfport. MS. My salesman Bill Kuhn was great to work with it and made the car buying experience very easy and pleasant. He took the time to show me all of the features of the vehicle and assisted me in setting up our devices and etc. I highly recommend if you are in the market to head to this dealership. The incentives Matt Bower offer were great too. Go see Bill Kuhn. Todd in finance was also very easy to work with and no hassle at all. I never once felt any pressure from either of two gentlemen. Keep up the great work!!!!

Wife & I stopped by Matt Bowers and were met immediately by Ramon and Garrett, two of the used car salesmen. Wife explained she’d like to see a new Santa Cruz but she liked the used one we examined on the used side.We were impressed even more by a new truck we were shown. It seemed the entire sales staff were on hand despite it being July 4th, and all went out of their way to ensure we had all questions fully answered. Gen. Sales Mngr Bodhi took me through their service bays and explained how to bring the soon -to-be our vehicle in for service. He was also of great help with our car insurance swapping.Very pleased with entire buying experience and we’re very much looking forward to working with these folks.

When you question the deal they're presenting you with the person dealing with me which I think was the finance manager in the smaller building a white heavyset guy he became very confrontational. That's the last thing I want when I'm trying to buy a car used or new.

These guys have been trying to make me a deal on a Santa Cruz, tell me that with my trade, Ill be getting more than 35k for my trade, but if I pull the trade out, and just add more to cash down payment, they go up 2k! Its all in the details, they just want to make money both ways, Thanks, but no thanks. Honesty would be the best policy, but all they want to do is to try and confuse you with the total deal! SHADY! VERY SHADY!

Prior to leaving for Denver, I reached out to Mary Harris service advisor at Matt Bowers Hyundai for an oh s**t I need service before hitting the road. As in the past, Mary was able to squeeze me in. I arrived at the service department at 07:30 to be met by Geneva Singleton who was expecting my arrival. Geneva then got the ball rolling and told me that I would be on my way shortly! 45 minutes later, Geneva found me in the lounge, and informed me that my car was ready. Spark plugs were changed and that a visual inspection of my car had been completed! I was amazed at the level of communication between Mary and Geneva in getting me on my way... Thank you, ladies. I highly recommend and promote the elevated level of service that I have become accustomed to when dealing with Geneva and Mary!
