He also put them in order of highest priority to least priority so that we could make the best decision regarding what all to fix. “My experience with Kirk Toyota was excellent. We worked with salesperson DT. We called ahead let them know our expectations and they worked out a deal with their best offerings on the front end. Made my deposit to hold the vehicle. We live an hour away and couldn’t pick up car for a few days.
We arrived met with DT and Mr Rawson the finance guy. Everything was in order as expected and we walked away completely pleased with the entire experience. I’m sharing my review because the day before we tried to purchase the same type vehicle from another Toyota dealer. High Country in Alabama, I will be leaving them a review also. That one won’t be quite as kind.”
“On the road for a family emergency I ran over a nail on the interstate and tire went flat quickly. We only had a donut spare and I knew that wouldn't work for the 300 mile trip. The nice folks at McCoy's got to us right away and we were back on the road in 20 minutes. They could have charged me pretty much anything at that point, but the bill was under $20. “They fix on cars very well, but this last visit; I was very disappointed. I was promised to get my light fix for the fracture of the price of what the other guy told me he would do it for. I was promised to get a call when ready, but it didn’t happen, but it goes to show you that you can’t put your trust in man. Only Jesus. I fall for this type of treatment every time, but I will never trust no one again. Not even my own family. Now; I am on my own of getting it fixed elsewhere. It is ok though, but sad ”

“Amazing service and honest guys working there, which cannot be said about a majority of other garages. They took good care of my wife's truck, which had a stripped oil drain plug. I thought it was going to cost a bunch of money to get extracted, but the guys got the bad plug out and put in the replacement I brought for very little cost. I was flabbergasted at how affordable it was and how promptly they solved the issue. Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this place.”
