I called seeking Cococare coco butter. I was told, "yes we should have something like that". I told the female that answered that I wasn't from Greenwood and hated to travel there and they didn't have it. I asked could I speak with someone else for assistance and she hung up. I am so thankful that as somebody that is out of town I chose not to wait for my prescriptions. Lunch for the pharmacy needed at 2 pm which is completely understandable, so I decided to come back after 5 pm the same day. To my surprise John told me oh it will be another 15-20 minutes and I asked for confirmation from the pharmacist and was told it would up to 40 minutes. The prescriptions were received at 2 pm and over 3 hours later still not filled and it was going to be even longer. Sad that people were on personal calls and not helping honestly this pharmacy should be shut down or come with a warning of hope you do not need your medicine today because you might be lucky and get it tomorrow.

I just sat in the line for 10 minutes at the drive through here in Greenwood,Mississippi and when I made it to the window, I still didn’t get waited on after 3 mor minutes thy waited on everyone else in the other line, the lady in the window didn’t even bother to greet me, she just looked at me and kept on typing like I didn’t even exist.

bad service the people who work in the pharmacy serve very badly they are rude and they speak badly to you I do not understand why they hire this type of people.I've been trying to get medicine for my mom who is sick for 5 days and they still can't have it, how stupid they really are.

This pharmacy needs help. It took 2 days to get a couple of inhalers for my husband. First problem was with insurance. But the doctor wrote on the order to use something comparable if not covered by insurance. They did not do that, we had to call the doctor to get it changed. Once changed by the doctor the next day, they didn’t have the new one. They said it would be in on the delivery truck at 5 pm. At 5:10 pm we called, stayed on hold until 6 pm, once they picked up the line, they hung up. 6:05 pm called back, placed on hold, at 6:45 I left my house for the 30 minute drive to town. 7 pm they answered the phone, said the inhaler was delivered and it would be ready in 2 hours. I told the person on the phone I was not waiting 2 more hours, I told her I would be there in 20 minutes. I hung up with her called the store number asked for the manager on duty, again call disconnected. Called back, got the store manager, explained to her the pharmacy issue. I told her that I would be there in 15 minutes for that script. The manager said she would go inquire about the script and call me back. I got there in the drive thru at 7:15, the manager called me and said it was ready for pickup. At 7:45 I left the drive thru with the script. Now mind you this is a inhaler because my husband was struggling to breathe. But if you can’t fill something as important as a inhaler in a timely manor, at least let the customer know so they can make arrangements to go somewhere else. This is the service you get every time. I had another script called in by my doctor, drove 2 hours back to town from doctors office, script still not ready. The pharmacy keeps saying they are really busy, we’ll get some more help.

Refilled prescription online. Never got a status update. I work out of town, my husband picks up my meds. Called to get a status update. Stayed on hold 1 hour and 15 minutes. They never answered.

I am a heart patient that was denied a refill on my medication using my insurance. I was told that I'd have to pay full price for my medication. Totally unacceptable. Taking my chances with Walmart.

Always.... ALWAYS out of what I need. “ Will be here 2 days but if on weekend could be longer”. Why can’t you just stock medicine like most pharmacies?! I’ve NEVER had this issue, ANYWHERE. The pharmacy manager is so rude and condescending. She’s extremely proud of her control. ?

Manager attitude is horrible. Western Union does not close until 9 pm. I was in the store at 7:30 and she did not allow me to send money. When I asked the manager she said it was at her discretion and I could not send funds. Greenwood, Ms location. 700 W Park Avenue

The store section and selection is good. (Grenada Wallgreens hands down has a better selection.) The Walgreens pharmacy is a PAIN. So ridiculous I had to switch pharmacies. The pharmacist frequently has no idea what's going on, and the girls that work in the back are usually rude. I no longer get my medicine there because it was such a STRUGGLE. All in all, 1 outta 5 stars because of their terrible pharmacy service.

This is the worst pharmacy ever!!!! Such a waste of time and money! Their staff have no clue what's going on. They said they ordered it my childs meds last night. I called this morning they said it would be on the truck after 2pm. I called back they said they had it. Went to pick it up and they said they never ordered it bc their system went down last night!!! OMG! This is not my first bad experience with this pharmacy but it will be my last!
