Kirk Brothers need to work on customer service and providing service they pretend to have available. They offer service that’s not available at the time of service. It’s all ways an excuse for not accommodating you at the time. The excuse of not having time or the guys are behind. What about providing service so that customers can refer others to their place of business. I will not.

I was in a tough spot. In the woods hunting, 4 hours drive from my home. The starter went out on my Ford truck. The Ford dealership said they couldn’t get to me. The GM dealership set me up with a tow truck and got me into their dealership. The Service Manager Tonya, went above and beyond knowing my circumstances. She got a starter from a local parts store and got me back on the road. 5 stars easily!!

Where do I begin. The customer service was stellar from the time I walked in distressed about a noise that sounded dire to the very last walk to my car upon completion of service.Tonya Mullen, the service manager was awesome. Not only did she provide the best customer service, she made me feel comfortable and confident about every concern.Additionally, every person I met in the service area was just as friendly with all smiles and great conversation.Thank You for changing the course of my day. I look forward to continued service with you.

Normally get full discount with coupon sent through the mail and did get a smaller one but the computer showed all the previous visits and feel they should have honored my word and computer proof. I forgot mail out.

Very good and professional work again diagnosing and replacing a wheel speed sensor on my Z71. Won't go anywhere else for engine and tech work. Got me in and out same day.

I called today and spoke with Steve. He c scheduled me an appointment for this afternoon, got there and got in and out. I would highly recommend this business!! If you need service, call and ask for "STEVE"!!

Steve is a nice person. However, I can't say the same about Tonya Mullen. When I talked to her twice via phone about my problem with my right tail light not working properly, she was rude and unprofessional. I doubt seriously I will return for any type of services especially with a person like that working for them. I am positive that she has treated other customers the same way.

Kirk Brothers did right by me. I got an awesome car at an awesome price. Chris Gary was a great no-pressure salesman and the General Manager, Bubba, wouldn't even let me sign papers til I completed a real test drive. Great Sales & Service in a real no-pressure environment. Give Chris Gary or Bubba a call at Kirk Brothers.

Kirk Brothers has helped our family with multiple vehicle purchases. Bryce is so easy to deal with. He has gone above and beyond to get us vehicles that meet our needs. He’s sold us cars off the lot, he’s found us vehicles from other dealers and he’s ordered us vehicles. Whatever it takes, he makes it happen. We will continue to buy from Kirk and Bryce.

Great customer service and friendly staff!!! I wish that they offered complimentary transportation after drop off and to pickup vehicle, once service is complete. Other than that, I will definitely choose Kirk Brothers to service my vehicle again! A special thanks to Steve, in services. You were AWESOME!! Thanks for being a great communicator!!

Normally I have a great experience at Kirk brothers, but this time I dropped my vehicle off at 930am for oil change and tire rotation and I wasn’t able to pick it up until 345p. Which is way too long, especially after I called for an appointment.

I have been getting air in one tire periodically for over a year for what I had been told might be a slow air valve stem leak. I mentioned I might need the air stem replaced. They made sure to find the problem, which was a small nail. Thanks guys.
