“The employees are patient and helpful. I always seem to leave with what I need, even when I don't really know what I need when I arrive. The parking lot seems to be crowded but no one minds if you just park wherever that doesn't block the entrance or exit.”

She went over and beyond to make sure that I had a smooth transaction. She answered all questions, made a few suggestions on where to go online and see their current inventory of generators. I ended up calling her back to finalize my purchase. Kiara didn't stop there. She said that she would personally deliver the generator to the jobsite in Itta Bena to my contractor. After she made the delivery, she called me while at the job site and she texted me a receipt. It's not often that you find people like her but she's definitely a super star in my book.”
