Everyone are treated like he/she is their only customer. I haven’t been to a branch yet where you are not greeted with a smile. I’ve only been to a few but I think they have to be an example of all branches.

I have been working with Beth at the Batesville MS office on building my house. She has literally gone above and beyond for me! She explained the whole process and walked me through every step! Also if she ever needed anything she made it conveinent by coming to me! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
