“I was very impressed with the level of service received at the Greenwood location today via phone. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kiara. She went over and beyond to make sure that I had a smooth transaction. She answered all questions, made a few suggestions on where to go online and see their current inventory of generators. I ended up calling her back to finalize my purchase. Kiara didn't stop there. She said that she would personally deliver the generator to the jobsite in Itta Bena to my contractor. After she made the delivery, she called me while at the job site and she texted me a receipt. It's not often that you find people like her but she's definitely a super star in my book.”

“I have a love hate relationship with WalMart! They have everything I need in one store which is awesome. What I don’t like is they often only have 1 cashier lane open and multiple self checkout machines are either down or cash only which is very inconvenient at times.”
