The manager of the store is very rude and refuses to allow people without an I.D. to make a payment on their own phone bill. The Cricket Wireless website clearly states that while I.D.s are required to access personal information on their account or make add-ons, that there is a Bill Pay option called QuickPay that can be used to make payments in the store.Below is the text from the Cricket Wireless website:What transactions require ID verification in-store?Any time your account information is accessed in a Cricket retail location, an ID is required. Examples include:Bill PayAdd a LineFeature Addition and RemovalRate Plan ChangesAccount Information Changes (name, address, email address, passcode)What transactions can I do in-store without ID verification?Bill Pay via QuickPayNew Account SetupAccessory PurchasesThe manager never allows customers without I.D.s to pay using QuickPay. Other employees at the store handle payment transactions, but the manager always creates a problem by not allowing payment without an I.D.I have brought many customers to Cricket Wireless, most of whom DO NOT HAVE an I.D. This manager claims that an I.D. was required to set up the account, and, therefore, they should use that I.D. to make a payment. She is totally wrong, and I have pointed this out to her each time we encounter this issue. But she ignores me each time because she is the MANAGER. As per the text from their website it says that you can create a new account in the store WITHOUT an I.D. And if you buy a Cricket Wireless device at Walmart, setting up the account only asks for your name, not an I.D. So, she totally has no idea what is going on.While this unamed individual may be the manager, she is an authorized agent for Cricket Wireless. The rules and guidelines for what can and cannot be done in-store are listed on Cricket Wireless´s website, but the MANAGER does her own thing.Managers of these locations should at the very least know what is required to set up an account by Cricket Wireless. They need to provide QuickPay options to customers who do not have identification, as stated on the Cricket WIreless website. And some, like the one at the Greenwood, Mississippi location need to brush up on their customer service skills.P.S. Keep in mind that I have been a Cricket Wireless customer for several years, and I have given this location 5 stars in the past.

I've been waiting over 45minutes seriously to be waited on.It's short staff and the one worker that was trying she said she was waiting on her help to get out the car.I hate this the only Cricket here.
