Used pet wash station, was disappointed. Both tubs were severely clogged, the tub we got partially unclogged had no consistent temperature - it would turn from extremely hot to extremely cold without the knobs being adjusted, there were no clean/dry towels and we had to go ask for some - received two small towels for our large dog. It seems these problems have been happening for a while as there were several jugs of drain-o on the cabinet mixed in with the dog shampoos. The entire setup needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance reset. I appreciate being able to use these rooms occasionally, but this one was more work to get to a usable state than it would have been to clean up the mess and the struggle of washing at home.

Visited this location for the first time. Store was well stocked and easy to shop navigational wise. 3 instead of 5 stars due to check out. Cashier(s) were more into their personal conversation than focusing on checking me out. It was established, upfront, I did not participate in the Rewards program and yet I was asked for my phone#. Most disturbing was the cashier LOUDLY repeating my phone # for all to hear. Odd and unprofessional behavior. I'll stick to 1-800- Petmeds and Home Depot.

2/27/2020 Walked in asked to get my propane takes fills was told that they wont fill them after 7. Guy walked in as I was leaving asked to get his filled.... they filled his for him but told me no! Why?!?!

Website said they closed at 700 PM.Needed propane for my refrigerator and arrived at 650 pm and ask to buy some propane. The cashier said oh, the propane is closed, I told her I had groceries that would spoil. Byt the time the conversation was over they could have filled it. They didnt care yhey just wanted to get off. I'm a disabled veteran cant walk well, inask for a cable with a lock, they codnt or wouldnt help me find it. I'll never go there againFind some peple that want to work.
