We had a great time shopping for our newly adopted cat that we also got from pet smart! The customer service guy was great! He informed us of the price match guarantee. And even took the time to help us with each price. It was really a cool experience.

This was the most expensive grooming I have ever paid for with the worst results. ($59 for 16 lb dog). In Denver Colorado this was $45 for a complete grooming.To their credit, they did explain that they did not have any groomers and would only be washing and only trimming for sanitation.My dog was still wet and matted when I picked him up!We have gotten better results when we watched him out sales at the Tractor Supply pet washing station.The groomers tried their best, but I think they were too inexperienced.We plan to never go back there again!

Came in looking for a martingale collar for my velociraptor. Got one! They have kitties for adoption through the shelter and of course I had to play with them. They allowed me to donate some toys and cat/kitten food and seemed very appreciative. I'm not sure if Kaye is the manager but she's awesome. If I'm back that way I'll be stopping again.
