Most of the time, when I go, they are nice and speak when you walk in. I can usually find what I need and get checked out quickly.

We had a great time shopping for our newly adopted cat that we also got from pet smart! The customer service guy was great! He informed us of the price match guarantee. And even took the time to help us with each price. It was really a cool experience.
