He is extremely overpriced and doesn't really know what is wrong with your vehicle. He lies about even knowing what's wrong or even having a conversation with you about what's going on with your vehicle. He harass you about bringing your vehicle to him and he doesn't have a clue about what's going on! Bad business.

I have a 2002 Toyota Camry. It stays in top notch shape due to Mark's good mechanics and excellent record keeping. He is friendly, efficient and will make sure all parts are warranted and make sure all warranties are honored. ( even if it means he personally must go to show receipts to suppliers.)
