Not happy with the services. They cater more to the Caucasian group
Requested style: Always ask for square square and always get something close to coffin. Cut my nails with scissors.
Cleanliness: Left a lot of dried acrylic and glue on my fingers.

I sat down and he was done within 10 minutes. He nicked almost every toe and was on the phone the entire service.He told me one price but ran my card for a different price.First and last time visiting this shop. I didn’t see zero stars.Service: Pedicure

I went in 2 days ago and I showed them a picture of what I wanted for dip nails and not only is it not like the picture I showed them, but when they filed my nails, they cut me twice. It was an unpleasant experience and very overpriced. I live in Atlanta and it was more expensive here in Greenville Ms than there. I will never come here again

We (myself and child) last minute outing, we went to just get our nails and toes polished only. Polished only was stated several times, made it to the cash register he said $110.00. I said to get your toes and nails polished, we didn't even get our feet said? He said yes, "we did gel, gel last longer," I stated. I didn't ask for gel. The techs were nice, but evidently, they don't understand English well. I told them if there's a next time you need to give me what I ask for but what you want me to have!!

Y'all i haven't been to Shelly since she tried getting over on me. One of her man did my toes he didn't even know what a nail was. I had to explain to him several of time... then he finally got it it took forever. He took a hour on my toes mind you it was only two nails on my big toe a hour??? ... but anyways there wear neat and all. Couple days goes buy my feet inches really bad I had to get that nail off of my right toe nail. It was kinda hard to get off not only that I finally got it off. The side of my feet was swollen. And still is had a infection. ! I gotten this before but at another place how come it's infected with y'all? Do better clean y'all products better. Can y'all tell which one is infected and which one is not?

Just don’t go! It will be a waste of time and money. Their customer service is awful, and their service has declined. They will try to get you to pay for more than you came for….just sharks. The owner has a very bad attitude, and hung up on me when I inquired about the quality of the the service I received.

Shelly's amazing! Finished my dip in an hour and helped me pick out the color and chrome. Super smooth, elegant nails. I came around 7:30pm and they do close at 8pm, but she made room for me.
