Bad experience! I brought back a uniform skort that was too small for my daughter... just to exchange. But they did not have her size in stock... he wanted me to buy something else, which wasn't needed, in the place of skort. He said that they don't do cash or credit card refunds. I'm like ready, so when will you get her size in... he didn't know. My thing is if you want to keep good service and customers coming back, then you should take care of your customers the best way possible. Why not jot down your customer's info, have the skort ordered than contact your contact when it comes in. That will keep your customers coming back, because you had gone above and beyond to help your customers and appreciate their service. He didn't even care, if my daughter got what she needed for school or not. Just to keep the customer's money. I will never go back in there.
