“I booked two rooms for family to stay in while they were in town for Christmas. The hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade for the room that my brother and sister in law used, which was very nice; however, the room was not up to Hilton Standard at all. The microwave was not where it was supposed to be, but instead was located behind the TV. It was not plugged in and was not functional due to it's location. My family checked in late on Christmas Eve and awoke early to get ready for Christmas with my family; however, they were in for a surprise when they went to take showers. There was NO shower curtain in the bathroom so water went everywhere when they showered, which they had to clean up afterwards since the bathroom was wet from one side to the other. They spoke to the associate at the front desk and was told that no one was there to fix it and they would have to change rooms. This was not an option as they would be gone all day and returning that evening and did not want to pack and move rooms at that point. I used 100,000 points to book these two rooms for my family and feel that the cost was way to high for a hotel in Greenville, MS especially given the fact that there was no shower curtain. I am a loyal Hilton Diamond member, and usually have nothing but praise for the properties I visit, but this is pretty unacceptable in my opinion.”

“This is a good hotel for the money. Sure, it isn't perfect, but it's an inexpensive, quiet option when visiting Greenville. The outdoor pool is closed indefinitely, but the hotel staff were all great. The front desk staff is probably the best thing about this place. They were responsive and friendly during my three day stay. The bed was very comfy, and lots of TV channels to watch. Overall, I'd stay again. Note: the towels and sheets are not dirty, they just aren't white because of the Delta's famous brown water. The water is soft, so soap feels like it doesn't come off, but it does, and it's good for your skin! Give this place a try, just don't expect the Hilton.”
