It's a two-man shop and they were highly professional, personable \\u0026 extremely helpful!!! It turned out that I didn't even need a new tire, I just needed to reset my calibration. I appreciate the help before hitting the road back to Dallas! ?

Timeliness does jot exist at this establishment, waited 6 hours to get 2 tires. Front desk representative does not want to be at work, constantly complains about being at work. Old Manager just grumpy because he has to work. You're better off going to gateway.

Truly ridiculous. I came here in the fall for a flat tire and it took almost 2 hours. Fine. Came here again just to have a spare tire put on the trunk. Second person in line. Another two hour visit. Ridiculous. When I asked how much longer they seemed agitated. Not okay going back to Walmart.
