When I first started with Delta Car Wash Express. I was getting an Excellent wash ?? but now not so good. Because I am not able to brush windows. Senior citizens and disability. I have a Deluxe wash I pay every month. Please put the brushing back ? Thank you!!

I am very disappointed with the services lately. They no longer use a brush or pressure washer so my suburban is not clean after the wash. The back window and lift gate look terrible because the Carwash brushes don’t touch them. I have three packages for three different vehicles and I am seriously considering cancelling...
