The pharmacist was very rude and condescending. Unfortunately I had to interact with this person twice because of an illness while visiting from out of town. He was rude when I asked him several questions. Again he was unprofessional again. As a Marine Corps veteran I was told by the clinic that my prescription would be paid, he again was was rude and condescending stating “we don’t do veterans”. I will never ever step foot in that pharmacy area as long as I continue to visit my family here in Greenville and maybe the “black” pharmacist needs a vacation while he stands there holding up the line gossiping and talking about he doesn’t want to have children or at least twins???

I haven't seen anything out of contexts with this work ethics, attitudes, courtesy or professionalism of the staff members at CVS PHARMACY and I've been patronizing CVS for many years now. I stop this morning just to take this survey in case no one has ever spoken of our CVS here in Greenville Ms. I just want to say, I love our pharmacy and staff at CVS. I will continue to pray them and patronize them. My customer service representative was a young man name Dennis, their is a sweet dark skinned your girl and also an older man with mingled gray and black dreadlocks hair or braided hair. The store is always clear and organized. Be blessed CVS ??.\n\nSharon Taylor

They lost a script and they can't find it, all they keep doing is put me on hold and I'm sick of there covit-19 recording never will I go back to CVS in Greenville, MS

Pharmacy cashier today was very unprofessional! He would not give me my receipt and stated that since the register did not print out one, he could not give me one... Please train your staff to print a customer a receipt!!

My son was in town for the holiday and needed a prescription filled. He uses CVS at home so I went to ours here. I was there for over an hour waiting for it the be filled. I have never had such problems at Brown's Pharmacy. I told this to other aggravated customers.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. My significant other has complained every since he changed to this place, so I decided I would take care of his refills for him this month. WOW!! The pharmacist, if that is who I was speaking to, bluntly & rudely, told me that the were out of potassium, it had been reordered and she didn't have a clue when it would be in. I'm being mild. She then said we could just get it filled somewhere else! I couldn't believe this coming from a medical professional, but maybe she wasn't a professional. I've been nursing since 1983 and someone would be hung out to dry for acting like this. I will be finding my significant other another pharmacy and hope his potassium level doesn't drop before he gets his meds.
