If I could rate them less than 1 star I certainly would. Needless to say, I waited 15 minutes for a dip powder soak. It wasn’t until a large party of 6 walked in that I was acknowledged and asked to move to a service chair so that the large party could be seated. I waited an additional 10 minutes. My natural nails were semi-long & almond shaped so I requested a (cut down due to a broken nail) and to keep the almond shape. The nail tech/perceived owned began to abruptly cut my nails off. I stopped her severals times to give instructions, she rebutted and continued to proceed telling me what could not be done. I asked her to stop because it was clear that with her attitude and inability to follow instructions that she would not be able to provide the requested services. Before/After pictures below. City nails has been my go to when I home for several years but it appears they under new management. The previous owners valued customers and the quality of work. Never again will I patronize the business.Services: Manicure

One of my favorite nail spots, but beware that on weeknights it gets crowded. They're great about telling me where they can fit me in when I call and often it's within an hour. Wonderful space with great gel manis and standard pedis. An escape from the hustle of Greenville.

I normally don't get my nails done. It seems like a waste of money given that the polish usually chips off within a week for me. Well! I went over a week with no chips or flaking!I will be back for sure!

The salon is small but very pretty with a high attention to detail. The staff was very friendly and offered water or tea once we sat down (which you can't really have while getting a manicure) but very thoughtful none the less. The color choices are nice and they have plenty of gel colors if you prefer that choice. Very pleasant experience.

AMAZING customer service !!!Called in to make an appointment and inquire about prices since I had 4 cracked nails to repair. They were so kind and helpful over the phone. Once I arrived I was greeted and the nail technician did an amazing job repairing my nails and reshaping. If you are in the area you definitely need to visit this place.

Forgot to take a picture, but gel manicure was truly perfect. I couldn't find a single flaw - she even got all the way to the edge of my nail, which most technicians don't do for some reason. She was very meticulous and checked that the color looked the way I wanted it to before putting it under the UV light. Will definitely be going back.

I tried going in when they were almost closing tonight and they were so accommodating and let me get a manicure even though I didn't have an appointment.They didn't rush it or make me feel bad for coming in at almost closing time, they were lovely and did great work. Very kind staff and a beautiful decor and ambiance. Would recommend to anyone I know!

This is the best nail salon I've found downtown. It's incredible incredible incredible! I have had so many terrible experiences, but City Nails & Spa is consistent, clean, professional & the women there are so incredible friendly. Come here!

i went here for gel manicure and satisfied with what i got on my nails and the service. The technician was so meticulous, very skilled and precise! i would definitely come back next time when i come to Greenville again. Thanks, City Nails & Spa!!

This place is just amazing from the moment you walk in. The people are talented and nice, the color choices are endless and the work is flawless. I got the cutest art at such a reasonable price and my gawd is it Pinterest worthy!

Extremely poor quality. They work was way too fast and produce sloppy results. I went in for both manicure and pedicure. While getting my pedicure another employee did my manicure at the same time while I was sitting in the massage chair. I was in and out in under an hour. The end result looks as if Helen Keller did my toes and Ray Charles did my fingers. I pay good money for this and would have enjoyed it more if they took their time. I am embarrassed for them and I certainly will not be back?Services: Pedicures

The employees worked way too fast and produced sloppy results. While sitting in the chair getting my pedicure another employee did my manicure at the same time. I feel for the money spent it should be a relaxing time. Instead, they rushed through the process. Never again will I go their?

They did a horrible job on my nails. Instead of soaking the nail off, she lifted them up tearing off my nail bed. Nails she applied are sharp and incomplete. The applied acrylic was too thin, nails probably gonna break. The entire set of nails looks incomplete!!! Will NEVER go there AGAIN!!!Service: Acrylic nails
