Great customer service! I was there to pick of my shoes for the launch ,The ladies there were so nice and informed me of the sale and mark downs on some Nike products. I got a great deal on those products! Happy Customer! ?

I live nowhere near a Hibbett's nor had I heard of them until my identity was stolen and someone used my email address to somehow set up an account with Hibbett. I tried to get them to remove my info from their systems, but I still keep receiving notices that I "just made a purchase" and would like my feedback. Well, here it is.

Drove an hour here to exchange a pair of shoes. The doors were already locked at 8 even though they supposedly close at 9.
