I went in the store for an exchange and to do a little shopping for my new job. From the time I entered the store up until I left neither employee showed customer service. The lady who waited on me was on the phone & not one time did she say ma’ma can I help you, have a nice day, thank me for visiting the store nothing. I have never had problems while visiting this store. Reading another comment someone stated that while they where in the store two employees where talking about another co-worker. Lately when I visit this store that is all I hear employees talking about other co-workers in front of customers.

This store is clean and we'll organized. A young lady Areona helped me and did an excellent job. She was friendly and very helpful. I will go back to this store.

Cato store in Greenville has been the most rudest clothing store that I have ever been in. I visit this store one time buying a couple outfits there was one friendly girl who smile as she ask me do I need any help as well as getting me a dressing room. When I got out the dressing room and about to check out the nice young lady was calling for one the manager who was kinda heavy set because I pay with a 100 and I guess she need her to verify. The manager came up there snatch the money from the other employee. I found that very rude if you were mad about some she shouldn't came work. Another time I visit I over heard two other employees talking about another employee. The people in Cato also snatch quite a bit when you have a return. They just act like they do not want be there. Please do not waste your time going there.

The Cato in Greenville MS is the first, second, and last experience I will have with this store. I thought the ladies working there were just having a bad night the first time I went in. The second time I visited I only wanted to purchase half the items I tried on. I brought the other half out to the clerk and asked where to hang them. "Don't you remember where you found them?" She rang up the other items I wanted with quite the attitude. I was in shock and just decided to walk out and never return.

I hate this place! I remember I went into this place and I ask this lady at the front desk were they hiring and the manager who was on the duty with the clerk told me "Don't come here anymore we are not hiring so stop wasting your time applying for a job!" I was like really and I told her "Don't disrespect me or I will report you!" This woman got mad and wanted to fight me in the store and when I left she tried to call the police on me to get me arrested. She made me so mad that I went into every store that was near Catos and told all the managers at those stores what happened and they told me that they were sorry that that woman did me like this and they told me to report her to her manager and never go there again and I did and I never in my life went there again!
