“This location was recently built and I’m excited about it! Although I don’t bank with Trustmark, I regularly use the drive-through ATM. The inside had not yet opened the few times I’ve been here. BUT the ATM gives you the option to speak with a teller virtually. How cool is that? Also, this is the only ATM I’ve visited that lets you pick how you want your money dispensed. You can mix 5, 10, 20 dollar bills…it’s totally your choice. This was definitely needed in the area!”
“Huge shout out to Walliette Thompson! I came here on a Saturday because I wasn’t getting any results by using regions phone service to obtain a form I no longer had access to. She told me that she had never heard of the form and didn’t know they mailed it to their customers. Finally she found it after I gave her the needed identity verification. I’m so thankful! She said that she learned something new and I gained a huge sense of relief! Give this woman a raise or promotion!
