I absolutely admire their passion for pets. The Dr. and staff doted on my Axle so much until they forgot to bill us for his initial visit, but we resolved it.?❤️

Be active pet parents. Workers have kicked dogs in the butt and broke deck brushes over dogs. Some even push carriers of frightened cats on the floor when another is trying to gently coax the frightened cat out .

I took my 13 mon old bunny in because he had a swollen testicle and had not been eating. I spoke with an exotic pet vet over the phone who explained that my bunny had testicular torsion and just needed to be neutered immediately to resolve his pain and his eating issues because that could become fatal. This was an emergency situation! I took him in to Allen and griffin for the surgery and explained all of this to them, I even told that that had to resort to syringe feedings in order to keep his digestive system functioning. They said ok and pretended to understand and stated that if were an emergency the doctor would go ahead with the procedure that morning. So I called to check on him around 12:30pm and he had not been seen or feed and this is when they told me that they didn’t have bunny food to feed him. No one could explain why I wasn’t informed about this that morning. By the time I got off work at 4:00 pm and made it there he still hadn’t eaten or been treated they charged me $80 for consultation and they only told me what I basically told them and that they would do the surgery the next day if I brought him back for and additional $125. I just feel robbed and disappointed, my bunny is just as important to me as someone’s dog or cat is to them. My only option because of the limited number vets around is to cont to nurse him and hope for the best.
Update:
I took my bunny back in to have the surgery on his testicles. Dr. Shane informed me that it was testicular cancer, not torsion, that had not metastasized. The surgery went well and he showed me the tumor as proof. I’m glad his diagnosis was correct and his years of experience and knowledge served me so well. My bunny is now up and playing like normal again and most importantly eating again. His incision is healing well and I was even given a few days of pain medicine. I am very thankful for this. The cost was still the cost but I don’t mind at all for the positive outcome. Thanks again Dr. Shane!

Misquoted on a 10 day rabies observation stay by one of the workers. I was told I would have to pay $18 a day and when I go to pick my dog up it ended up being $50 a day. Very expensive visit.Update. Oh wow. Didn’t know you were liars. The technician or whoever she was told me $18. When I called back and talked to her I told her that I was shocked at how much my bill was and she said “oh yea my bad that $18 price was for regular boarding fee” and I informed her yea your bad does not help me and I left y’all a bad review as well and hung up. Also when the vet initially called me that my dog had to do a 10-day quarantine he did not even know the actual cost but I could call around to the animal shelter and ask them but when I called back to check on my dog the tech told me $18. Do not call me a liar whoever you are and I will gladly take my business elsewhere and my families as well! 0/10 do not recommend??♀️??Also. The 10-day quarantine fee on the bill says it supposed to be $35 but the vet said that they didn’t update that name in the system. I see why people go out of town when business owners in this town do not like honest reviews. Was I supposed to leave a 5 star review when I went in expecting to pay at least $300 but ended up paying over $600! Make it make sense. ?️Could have said I’m sorry and kept it moving??♀️ if I could give 0 stars I would now with that lie they just wrote.

Always loved going here the best vet you can ever find in Greenville the best customer service you’ll ever experience at a vet but however it would be better if it smelled more pleasant for customers instead of having the slight smell of different animals in there when you walk through the door but other than that 10/10 always took good care of my cat since she was a kitten they never disappointed me each time I visited she was treated with care, patience, and love and I admire that

They have good customer service. We take our dog Bunny to get her bath and shots here. They call and also send reminders through the mail. As long as she's happy when she comes home then they're good in my book. I'd recommend them.
