He came out to the middle of nowhere and helped us with a flat tire! While he was at it he helped us with another issue we had with with our SUV. Very helpful and patient and my kids loved him.

I can't say enough good things about Don and his service - he gives me faith in humanity! He came to our rescue in the middle of a storm in the middle of the night on a Saturday when a tire blew out on my loaded horse trailer. Most services would have just mounted the spare and been off. But Don did all this: drove back and forth to his shop to mount a new spare, moved around several tires to get the right balance, checked the air and lug nuts on all the tires (not just the spare), and on top of all that, said to call him if we had any further trouble. And when we did, he had a contact give us a call right away. The whole time, we had a great conversation and he made us feel less stressed and made us smile, which we sorely needed in a situation like that.

We were on the road with my family around the holidays, and had trouble starting our car. Don was able to come out and get us going again! Highly recommend using Asset Recovery and Towing!

I have had vehicles towed before and no one in the area has come close to working with me like Don has. It felt like I was a high priority to him and it was just a simple tow when my car went down. I would suggest Asset Recovery a million times over.

Very good people. We broke down at a kfc parking lot while traveling.. We didn't know anyone and everything was practically closed bc it was Sunday. But Don came to us and worked in that hot sun for hours and even after he put us a new alternator in.. he called us and checked on us to make sure we were fine. I would recommend them to everyone!
