The lady with the name tag ‘Robinson’ is so lazy. If you hate your job that much then do yourself and everyone else a favor and quit. I counted 4 head shakes as she was helping me like what I was asking was such a chore for her to do.

Ok so i had an issue with the mail delivery driver knocking my hanging mailbox off the post. Ive called every usps help up the chain and they all are just as unhelpful as all the post office employees in the Gautier post office. They said i have to replace my mailbox even though the driver vandalized it. ( watched her smack it super hard for no reason to close it) so fast forward a bit havent gotten to replace the mailbox due to time and funds as well as being disabled. Now they quit letting me pickup my mail and sending it back. They told me replace it or get a P.O. box or lose your mail. GARBAGE SERVICE FOR THE COMMUNITY RIGHT BEHIND THE POST OFFICE.

The mail carrier for my complex keeps putting my mail in someone else’s mail box. Now I have trust issues. That’s not safe. Lucky the people have brought my mail to me.

Yeah, I love my sweet town of Gautier Ms.It really hurts my heart to say anything bad, however the older lady seams to be overworked/underpaid/misplaced. I will not say anything bad about her hence, I do not know her pain, nor her story. She seems to be an awesome person, let's all come together and quit judging people based on this cruel, hard, tough, world we live in today. Let's spread positivity ✨️Sorry, but I added this a few days later and had to downgrade my 5 star to a two star. Even after I showed the older lady my order for a new mandated mailbox, coming in on January 25th 2024, she still sent some of my mail back as "undeliverable", and left a nasty message attached to my mail that I picked up on January 16, 2024. I asked the new young girl after she read the message "we will not collect your mail anylonger" as she took it off my mail, may I keep the message written on small yellow paper wrapped with mail (rubberbanded), but she nicely discarded it , yet I still apologized. This is sad, even my husband knew who I was talking about when I mentioned the newer, "mean lady". We've been in business here in Gautier 30 years, and understand that we can't make everyone happy, but as an empath person, this lady is pure mean. Very pretty black lady, mean as hell. I do have a P.O. Box, all she had to do was say "Mam", "I cannot check your personal mail daily until your mandated mailbox arrives"! Simple as that, but instead mumbled the "F" word when I asked her to ✔️ it, and she came out 2 min later with 5 more people in line mumbling the "F" word, which I heard. Look I get it, your very bitter everytime I come in and if your boss (if you have one) ever asked me to come in and confront you face to face, just us 3, I'd say YES MAM! No problemThank you ?L Moye

Popped in here real quick to drop off some letters. It was clean. I found what I needed easily. While I was there, one of the workers asked if I needed help. Overall a great experience. Not sure what else anyone could ask for.

I think the US post office just needs to go out of business Customer service it’s terrible they could at least tell me that my package won’t be getting to its destination for a week at least they could tell me before they process my credit card.

Gautier USPS is commenting a Federal crime everytime they mail to the wrong address. I was expecting to received 4 packages this week. Every day this week I had to find my packages.Do your job correctly! You want to be paid but not do your job.
