I’ve had this insurance a few years now. Never missed a payment and never filed a claim. Something broke my windshield and I called them. It will be the first insurance company I dealt with that didn’t allow for a windshield. This makes my driving dangerous.What’s more disappointing is the tone of her voice, and the feeling like I was bothering them,Definitely not renewing after this.I pay every month. Can I just have a little courtesy even if you have to fake it.

Very nice ladies in there. I called and it was a last minute ordeal. They understood my situation and helped a lot. Very professional! I showed up right before closing and they we Very nice and didn't get upset that I showed up at closing. Very nice people! Thank yall!
