Terrible service . Speak to nothing but foreigners when you call customer service and this facility held my package for 36 hours before delivering to my house 15 minutes away. Also tried to pick it up , but couldn't .

The driver that delivered our package Aug 1, needs to go back to map reading school, or learn to use a GPS. We got an email notification the package was delivered, saw it last night, but the picture wasn't our porch. No one has ever had a problem finding our street? There was 250 value in meds in that box. We opened a not delivered case...
This morning around 8:20 UPS sent an email to contact, and then closed the case, an hour or so later, in THEIR favor, because they weren't immediately contacted back... Try the gd phone number. Everyone doesn't respond to email like it's a phone. If you don't allow 24 hours before you close the case in your own favor, for not being able to contact us, you're ripping us off.
By sheer luck we recognized the brick trim on the porch in pic, as a house on the main road through the area. There was nothing at all similar in their address to ours. I never use UPS, but will now shop with sellers who don't use it as well. UPS will rip you off.
The post office KNOWS where they leave packages, and WILL track it down if they leave one at a wrong address.

No pride in lobby environment. Dirty and dingy. Didn't know that they can't contact drivers that are out on routes, nor can they track the trucks with the raggedy IT equipment. Is this true, or was I told something wrong? There is a back story, but it's too lengthy for this site.

Closed after lunch and well into the afternoon. Lately, I have had several items that UPS is not making an attempt to deliver to my home (I have cameras to prove it). I go to where it states to pick my items up and this delivery location has NOT seen them. I attempt to go to their main office and find they are closed most of the early afternoon. What kind of business can't allow at least one person to take care of customers, regardless of the daylight hours? I have had 5 items returned lately because UPS can't find the time to attempt delivery. This is definitely not the first time. I am ALWAYS home. I do not have this issue with other carriers.

Driver did not even attempt the delivery at 5:31pm as stated and did not leave the note on the door. I was home and waiting and nothing but a notification saying I missed the delivery because I wasn’t home yet they never drove down my street

I swear every time UPS handles a package it’s late! It was supposed to be here Friday but here it is Monday and it now shows tomorrow ??♂️ I HATE UPS!

Very disappointed. I was calling about a shipment delivered to my address by mistake. They never answered. I ended up figuring out on my own where it was supposed to go and delivering it myself. Pretty poor performance by UPS.

Customer Sevice is Friendly in Gautier on Old Spanish Trail, than the one in Ocean Springs Hwy 90,they act like they cant smile ,just give mad vibes,been there twice 2 different ladies..I will pass Ocean Springs just to go Gautier UPS....

If I could give this business zero stars I definitely would! I order and have packages shipped to my house all the time but this delivery company is the ONLY one I have issues with. They always deliver as late as possible. I hardly ever get a package when the sun is still out. I have numbers on my house AND my mailbox yet the last two deliveries went to my neighbors ?. And UPS got the nerve to email a delivery picture of my package on someone else'sporch! Good thing they are honest and hardworking people like me and called me to let me know my packages were delivered to them. I absolutely dread when I get the email that UPS will be the one to delivery my package.

Do you work UPS sucks they have lost multiple packages they have they will not answer their phone when you need to get info about an order Goshay specialty sucks I hope I never have to use UPS again
