I really appreciate the professionalism and help I received from Kim today. He took the time to throughly explain my account and help me. I really appreciate the awesome customer service especially in times like these! This is why I’ve been renting a storage from this facility for years with representatives like Kim! Safe, secure, and a great storage facility to rent from.

Revision - did decide to refundMe since no other units were available. Not that I would take another unit in the conditions this facility is in. Still would not recommend due to condition. Haven’t used the family after signing up for a rental due to large rodent holes and the security gate being completely torn off. Homes less and garbage everywhere will not refund me for my money even though nothings been moved in due to false advertisement . I’ll be posting pics anywhere I can find so not use these ppl

We rented several units in the Gautier, Pascagoula, and, Ocean Springs locations. Our units were constantly burglarized through out the time we were there by the so called manager chad, Jessica, and Victoria and other unknown Associates. We were harassed constantly. When we made a complaint we received emails of termination and notes to vacate our units they gave us from 7am to 7pm to get our things. When I showed up the next day to move our several large units I arrived in time to find a strange man standing outside one of our units saying he had purchased the unit told him that unit was not for sale that it was only a few days behind and that he wasn't going to get the unit. As I started to pack up the first unit to be moved an officer approaches and asked if i call the police I said no and he asked if I was the only one out there, and I said as far as I know, the officer said OK and left. About ten minutes later another officer approached me and asked the exact questions and got the same answers left, then came right back on the radio got my name and told me I was trespassed from all radiant storage properties and that I couldn't get my belongings. They are common thieves and nothing more.

Terrible experience! I rented a unit and went their today with my stuff. After putting my belongings inside the lock wouldn't work so I called the company, I'm talking to the guy & then realized I had the wrong unit, it was the unit next to mine. It was locked and he gave the combo to the lock & we opened it to find someone else's stuff inside. Then, he sends me to another which is locked & another which was locked...OMG how can u run a business this way & I was given a gate code to a facility with no gate/fence. Terrible experienceThey will not refund my 25 admin fee even though they rented me a locker that was already rented. Incompetent ppl! There is also a dog in a unit that was barking & I called animal control.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!MY BILL WAS PAID AND NOW MY THINGS ARE GONE!!!YES, THEY AUCTIONED MY LATE FATHERS THINGS! IRREPLACEABLE!!!!!No cameras, No managers or someone to help me for 4 weeks now!! NO DUMPSTER FOR GARBAGE AND IS NOT SAFE AT NIGHT!!!When you call to get help, you get someone from another state assisting with screaming kids in the background as they are working from home!I HAVE HAD THIS UNIT FOR MANY YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS UNTIL THIS NEW COMPANY TOOK OVER!
