Went to this Mattress store to get a new mattress for our new house. Great customer service and great prices compared to the larger stores in the malls. Ended up buying another mattress for the guest bedroom too after trying out several on the floor. Arranged delivery and the delivery truck showed up on time and installed everything. A+ experience all the way around.

We purchased a queen bed a year ago and still love it!! I wanted to wait and see how well it held up before posting a review.
Excellent pricing and high quality! I have a full bed and a twin bed I need to replace next so I'll be coming back soon!

Nice folks great place however you can not finance anything unless you have or do business with a brick and mortar bank even if your netspend card has routing and account numbers.

This is a great place to get a mattress locally. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us pick out a nice mattress for our son and was in stock the same day for pickup. The mattress is very comfortable. They helped load the mattress in our vehicle as well. I am very happy with the service and will definitely return!

After searching for a mattress set for days and never having any luck I'll admit I had forgotten this small locally owned business was close by. I actually had made an appointment with the "Mattress by appointment" down the road to pick up a set that I had spoken to then about, confirmed price and made an appointment to pick up only to show up and them tell me they just sold it and then try to up sale me.... nope... a quick Google search and Mattress City popped up and I gave them a call. He co firmed they had what I needed so we drove straight there.The gentleman we spoke with was kind and extremely helpful. Their prices were equivalent to the other stores but their customer service far exceeds that of the others. We happily purchased a queen set for our guest room and plan on going back soon to upgrade our king set for ourselves.Definitely check them out and give them the opportunity to earn your business. I am so thankful we did. They've earned our repeat business and recommendations for sure.
